The content of this programme is the examination of individual career perspectives, which leads to a tailor-made development catalogue, and an intervention to increase the visibility of the participants.
Sabine Pelzmann has been running this program for 10 years. More than 40 percent of the participants progress to the next management level or an expert position within the next three years after completing the program.
