Sabine Pelzmann develops and leads innovative learning programs on leadership, corporate development and change. All programs are based on an integrative, complementary consulting approach and combine classic management theories with system dynamics principles, system theory, current views of organizations as well as the connection of people and organizations in a social, environmental and economic context.
Leadership 4.0. How digitalization is transforming leadership
4 x 2 days. In this course the leaders will get a deeper understanding of the impact of digital transformation and principles and instruments of self-management. They
will get leadership tools for virtual leadership and agile concepts and tools.

3 x 2 days. In this course we work with the key competences for managing people and organizations:our own handling of uncertainty, our understanding of our interdependence with our surroundings and the sense of a future that is only just beginning to emerge. some important issues are the confrontation with individual, organizational and collective rhythms and the ability to lead creative conversations to remain capable of action in complex times.

Leadership by Archetypes
7 x 4 hours. "The most important question one can ask is: What myth am I living?", Writes C.G. Young. The basis of this course are the current leadership and management theories, the integrative approach from Hilarion Petzold, the approaches to process-oriented psychology from Arnold Mindell and the archetype concept from Carl Gustav Jung.
